Le Tour Way Housing Development York, North Yorkshire
In 2014, Fusion Joinery were given the opportunity to work on a project for City of York Council to create a new development of highly sustainable homes. The site occupies the site of an old waste disposal site and a total of 18 new homes and 9 dwelling apartment blocks were created as part of this project.
Throughout this project we were responsible for the installation of all the timber frame structures, external cladding, accoustic flooring systems and all internal joinery works. The whole project was completed to a high standard with contemporary design at the forefront.
The Le Tour Way development was also winner of the Large Residential Category of the 2016 York Design Awards where it was praised for the standards of the finish not usually seen on a development of this kind.
